Click "Start"

Click "Control Panel"

Selct and click "User Accounts"

Click "Create a new account"

Type Name of your child, and click "Next"

Select "Limited" before clicking "Create Account"

Click "Create Account" 		Click "Start"

Click "Control Panel"

Selct and click "User Accounts and Family Safety"

Click "Add or remove user accounts"

Click "Create a new account"

Type Name of your child

Select "Standard user" before clicking "Create Account"

Click "Create Account"
